Our teacher, Chenda, brings more than 10 years of dedicated practice in the transformative art of Kundalini Yoga. Her gentle yet powerful guidance helps both beginners and advanced practitioners awaken energy, release stress, and find balance in mind, body, and spirit.

Guests may choose their preferred location: the garden, their private terrace, the beach, or the jetty.
